Nikole Yeagley | owner & instructor

Nikole is the proud owner of the Gather Yoga Studio inside the Gather Wellness Center.  She completed a 200hr yoga teacher training with Kindness Yoga in 2017, after a life changing experience that rocked her entire being.  With the support of loved ones, she learned to deal with loss and began to heal with breath and yoga. After experiencing a profound shift in perspective during child's pose, she slowly rebuilt herself breath by breath, asana by asana.  Nikole committed to invest her energy and time into opening and caring for her own yoga studio. Her intention for this sacred space is to help others learn how to let go and just breathe through balance, strength and perseverance.  She loves teaching Vinyasa classes that inspire students to link breath to movement, open their heart, and allow their bodies to create strength and balance.  When you can’t find her on her mat she’s outside playing golf, skiing, biking, or enjoying her time with family and friends.

Nikole's favorite quote:
"A person experiences life as something separated from the rest- a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this self-imposed prison, and through compassion, to find the reality of Oneness." -- Albert Einstein
